WHAT WE DO
We design and build driveways, patios, walkways, artificial and natural lawns, irrigation systems, retaining walls and drainage for homes across Orange County. We also help homeowners plan pool removal and pool-related projects. Every project starts with a free on-site assessment.

CONCRETE
Concrete gives you a clean, durable surface at a lower cost than pavers. We pour it over a base that is graded and compacted first, because that is what decides whether a slab lasts or cracks.
Every concrete job we quote lists the slab thickness, the reinforcement and the joint spacing, so you know exactly what you are getting.

PAVERS
Pavers cost more than concrete but give you a surface you can lift and reset if the ground settles or a pipe underneath needs repair. You can drive on a paver driveway the day it is finished.
We set pavers on a compacted aggregate base with a bedding layer and solid edge restraint, so the surface stays flat and the edges do not spread.

ARTIFICIAL GRASS
Artificial grass stays green, saves water and ends mowing. It only works as well as what is underneath it, so we remove the old lawn, build a proper drainage base, and install the turf with glued and nailed seams and brushed-in infill.
Our quotes name the turf product, face weight and infill rate. These are the numbers that decide quality, and they are often left off cheaper quotes.

LAWNS
Prefer real grass? We remove tired, patchy or weedy lawns, prepare the ground properly, and install new sod that roots in and stays healthy. If you want less upkeep, we can also replace a lawn with artificial grass, low-water planting or decomposed granite.
A new lawn is only as good as the soil and watering under it. We grade for drainage, loosen and amend the soil, and check that the sprinklers cover the lawn evenly before the sod goes down. If you plan to replace a lawn with low-water planting, ask your water agency about turf replacement rebates before anything is removed, since most programs require approval first.

IRRIGATION
A good irrigation system waters what needs it and nothing else. We install new sprinkler and drip systems, repair and update old ones, and adjust your watering when the yard changes.
Hardscape and irrigation go together. When we pour a patio or lay pavers, we reroute the lines under or around it and cap what is no longer needed, so you do not end up with dry spots or hidden leaks. Some smart controllers and drip conversions may qualify for water agency rebates, so ask about current programs before you buy.

DRIVEWAYS
Many Orange County driveways are original 1950s and 60s concrete, thin and poured with little base. We remove the old driveway, build a base designed for vehicle loads, and replace it in concrete or pavers.
Cities limit how much of a front yard can be paved, and the apron at the street needs a permit. We check your frontage against the rules before we design.

WALKWAYS & PATIOS
Patios, courtyards, entry paths and side yards are the surfaces you use every day. We size patios to your furniture, not just the ground, and turn narrow side yards into drained, usable paths.
Most yards work best with two or three materials, such as a paver patio, turf for play, and planting at the edges. We plan the transitions so levels match and water drains.

RETAINING WALLS
A retaining wall is a drainage structure first. We build block, poured and veneer walls with drain rock, filter fabric and weep holes, and we fix yards that puddle, stay soggy or send water toward the house.
Walls over certain heights, or with a slope or structure above them, need a permit and an engineered design. We tell you at the assessment which side of the threshold your wall falls on.

POOL REMOVAL
Ready to use your backyard differently? Tell us about the pool you want to remove and the space you want in its place, from a new lawn to a patio for gathering.
The removal method and site preparation depend on the property and your future plans. We confirm the proposed scope, required approvals and any specialist involvement before work is scheduled.

POOL SERVICES
Have an existing pool you want to improve? Share what needs attention and how you want the surrounding space to look and feel. We’ll review your request during the on-site assessment.
Pool requests vary. We confirm which work we can provide and whether a pool specialist is needed before preparing the scope and estimate.

Both. Along with concrete, pavers, artificial grass, retaining walls and drainage, we replace old lawns, install new sod lawns, and install and repair irrigation systems. Many projects combine several of these, such as a new patio with rerouted sprinklers and a fresh lawn.
Yes. We repair broken heads, leaks and valves, and adjust coverage on existing systems. If a system is old or poorly laid out, we will tell you honestly whether repairs or a partial replacement makes more sense.
It depends on size, materials, access and what is under the old surface. Our hardscape cost guide lists typical Orange County price ranges. For an actual price, book a free on-site assessment.
Yes. When work needs a permit, such as a retaining wall over the height threshold or a driveway approach at the street, we pull it as the licensed contractor and build to the approved plans.
