California rights
- Know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected about you, and obtain a portable copy.
- Request deletion or correction, subject to legal exceptions.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
- Limit uses of sensitive personal information. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would trigger this right.
- Use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
- Exercise these rights without discrimination.
How to make a request
Call (657) 377-1727, email [email protected], or write to 8972 Pebble Beach Cir, Westminster, CA 92683. Please include “California Privacy Request” in your email subject or letter.
We verify access, correction and deletion requests by matching information you provide, such as your name, phone number, email and property address, with our records. Opt-out requests do not require account creation or identity verification, although we may need limited information to apply your choice to the right record. Authorized agents may need to provide signed permission, and we may ask you to verify your identity directly.
We confirm receipt of requests within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If we need more time, we will tell you why and may extend the response by up to 45 additional days. We process opt-out requests within 15 business days. If we deny a request in whole or in part, we will explain why. When you request deletion, we also instruct our service providers to delete your information where required.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell personal information for money. Our use of Meta Pixel and Google Ads allows Meta and Google to collect identifiers and browsing activity on our website to show you targeted ads, which may be considered “selling” or “sharing” under California law. You can opt out by turning off advertising cookies in our cookie settings, by calling or emailing us, or by using Global Privacy Control.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser, and advertising cookies and pixels will not load. If we know who you are, we also apply the opt-out to your contact record.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
Additional disclosures
We do not offer financial incentives or price differences in exchange for personal information. Our AI assistant helps answer questions, collect project details and schedule appointments; it does not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you, and final scope, pricing and project decisions are made by our team. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes under California’s Shine the Light law.
We will update this supplement at least once every 12 months and whenever our practices change.
